These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Peak Investing's platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Services

Peak Investing provides investment opportunities in stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, and cryptocurrency. Returns are projected between 3% and 7% daily, but actual results may vary based on market conditions.

3. Investments and Payments

All payments are exclusively processed in cryptocurrency. Users are responsible for transaction fees and ensuring accurate wallet information when making payments and withdrawals.

Each user can invest in no more than 3 plans at a time. 

Each user has can invest in each short term plan 3 times. Each plan 5 days which means it takes 120 Days to complete our 8 short term investments from the 1st Peak to the Highest Peak.
Once you have completed all the plans and you would like to continue, you can send a request to us to refresh your investment count, allowing you to invest in the short term plans again.

Staking allows you to enjoy long term profits, there is no limit to the number of staking plans you can have.

4. Risk Disclosure

Investing in financial markets, particularly cryptocurrency, carries risks, including potential loss of capital. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Withdrawals

We reserve the right to reject withdrawals that do not follow our terms.
Withdrawals are paid within 24 to 48 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Peak Investing is not liable for losses arising from market fluctuations, technical issues, or unauthorized account access.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
